The Enterprise VP of purchasing once told me what THEY pay for various cars (this was probably 10-12 years ago). At the time, a full-tilt Yukon was about $55,000 and they paid about $28K. They get such good pricing, they rent it for 9 months and then sell it on the used market for more than they paid in the first place.
